Terms & Conditions

  • We can source stock photography at €15 per pic or you can provide photography along with your info
  • Newsletter is based on 3 hours design work, this includes sourcing photography and all other tasks performed on this project. Any extra hours worked (based on customer procrastination) will be advised to customer before worked and will be charged accordingly
  • We will provide strict time deadlines, these deadlines must be adhered to for offer to work. If customer doesn't meet deadlines they will miss out on that months Newsletter and cannot be reimbursed.
  • Extra Newsletters will be priced separately
  • Newsletter can be provided in pdf format for email use
  • Newsletter will be bimonthly April, June, August, October, December - (FREE ISSUE)
  • Newsletter will be available for collection in Vision Design or emailed out to customer bimonthly on 19th April, 1st June, 1st August, 1st October, 1st December
  • Customer must sign off final artwork on the 21st of every other month ie; 12th April, 21st May, 21st July, 21st September, 21st November for deadlines to be met
  • Customer pays upfront for Newsletter each month or they can pay in full for the year, either way they will get the 5th Newsletter absolutely FREE
